Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its staff.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities:Managing check-in and check-out processes;Assigning rooms to clients;Handling cash operations and administrative tasks;Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction;Performing tasks in accordance with LQA quality standards.The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context;Excellent English language skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus;Good knowledge of LQA standards;Strong customer orientation;Ability to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives;Excellent knowledge of the Opera management system.The candidate should also have precision, flexibility (including flexibility in working hours), problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills.We offer:An initial fixed-term contract under the Tourism Sector CCNL;Internal dining facilities;Opportunities for career advancement;Exclusive discounts on rates within the Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) circuit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
