Network Development Specialist – OMODA MotorsThe Network Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and optimization of the dealer network to ensure coverage, performance, and compliance with brand standards. This role involves analyzing market potential, managing dealer appointments, monitoring performance, and coordinating network development projects in alignment with corporate objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the identification of new dealer opportunities based on market analysis and coverage needs.Assist in dealer selection, appointment processes, and contractual formalities.Track dealer KPIs and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement and network performance.Conduct geographic and demographic analysis to support network development plans and coverage strategies.Ensure dealer adherence to brand standards, corporate identity, and operational guidelines.Assist in network‑related projects such as relocations, new openings, and terminations, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision‑making and network planning.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related fields.3+ years of experience in dealer network development, retail operations, or similar roles in the automotive sector.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.Fluent in English both spoken and written.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Knowledge of geographic analysis tools (preferred).Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.About OMODA MotorsOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, a leading Chinese automobile company.
