TENDER SPECIALIST SETTORE SANITARIO Company: Valori S.p.A. Location: Rome, Viale Regina Margherita Responsibilities Monitors with regularity the public tender notices published, identifying those that could be suitable for the company. Analyzes the requirements indicated in the notice and checks that they are compatible with the company’s requirements. Handles all bureaucratic and administrative aspects related to submitting the offer, preparing all required documentation. Prepares the contract in case of a successful tender, based on the provisions of the law and customary practices. Monitors operations, ensuring that everything is performed correctly and within the prescribed time. Stays up to date on reference markets and analyzes trends to always be prepared for a public procurement bid. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Diploma or bachelor’s degree with accounting and administrative knowledge useful for technical and economic analyses. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent knowledge of platforms Mepa, Anac and other regional PA platforms for loading public procurement offers. Excellent knowledge of the procurement code and tender process. Digital document archiving skills. Basic English level. Precision, patience, curiosity. Team‑working ability. Flexibility. Employment Details Position type: Permanent (indefinite contract) Salary: €1,600 – €2,000 net monthly Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00–13:00, 14:00–18:00 Employment status: Full‑time, continuous cycle Education level: High school diploma (Diploma di Scuola Secondaria Superiore) Experience: 4+ years in healthcare Additional notes: Does not manage other people.
