Logistics Admin – Rotterdam, South Holland, NetherlandsAbout the Opportunity: On behalf of our client, a key player in the Oil & Gas sector, we are seeking aLogistics Adminto support a major project in Rotterdam Netherlands. The Logistics Admin will act as a key link between theoffice and the construction site, ensuring effective coordination of logistics activities and personnel while supporting continuity of operations.What you will do:Oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities, splitting time equally betweenoffice-based work and on-site operations.Support personnel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and general site services. Provide backup support for the Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth logistics operations Requirements: 2+ years of experience in logistics, site administration, or similar roles within construction, industrial, or EPC projects. Fluent in Italian and English. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to support day-to-day logistics tasks. Good working knowledge of Excel and and familiarity with logistics or administrative software. Comfortable working in both an office environment and on an active construction site.
