Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Specialist (QHSE) da inserire nel nostro team presso la sede centrale di Brescia.La risorsa contribuirà a garantire l’applicazione e il mantenimento delle procedure relative alla qualità, ambiente, salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, in conformità alla normativa vigente e alle certificazioni volontarie adottate dall’azienda.Responsabilità principali Collaborare con le funzioni operative nella gestione della qualità dei servizi, dell’ambiente e della sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro. Condurre audit interni ed esterni per verificare la conformità normativa e l’applicazione delle corrette prassi operative. Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica necessaria per garantire la rispondenza ai requisiti di legge e alle procedure aziendali. Erogare formazione al personale in materia di sistemi di gestione e sicurezza sul lavoro. Supportare o gestire in autonomia i rapporti con gli enti di vigilanza. Verificare l’idoneità tecnico-professionale dei fornitori in materia di sicurezza e regolarità contributiva. Requisiti richiesti Esperienza pregressa in aziende del settore Facility Management, preferibilmente in ambiti: Soft Services (pulizie, facchinaggio, portierato, ecc.) Hard Services (costruzione/manutenzione impianti elettrici, idrici, ecc.) Laurea in Scienze Tecniche della Prevenzione nell’Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro o in Ingegneria. Esperienza nella gestione di cantieri mobili o temporanei (QHSE). Disponibilità a trasferte presso aziende clienti (prevalentemente Nord e Centro Italia). Disponibilità a svolgere audit anche in orario notturno. Conoscenza delle norme di certificazione volontaria dei sistemi di gestione. Spiccate capacità di analisi, problem solving e decision making. Attitudine alla collaborazione, autonomia operativa e gestione dello stress. Offerta Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza e in linea con il CCNL Multiservizi.
