Financial Analyst - Manufacturing (Supply Chain Finance Area) Coca-Cola HBC Italy is currently looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our controlling team, based in Italy. What Will We Do Together Contribute to the Business Plan, Rolling Estimate and monthly forecasts; Act as a trusted partner to the Supply Chain team highlighting financial impacts and providing solid set of data for decision making; Be accountable for reporting for manufacturing costs; Manage the monthly closing, analysis and reporting; Support the team in financial analysis related to efficiency/cost management initiatives; Develop innovation financial business cases; Prepare official Group Reporting and monitor relevant KBIs; Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Business Economics or Management Engineering preferred); 2 years’ experience either in Controlling or FP&A; Excellent applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge is strongly preferred (ability to use business analysis tools such as Power BI is a plus); Strong technical, problem solving & analytical skills; Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner; Curiosity driven to go behind the numbers and identify process improvements; Team working attitude;Strong collaboration skills, demonstrating growth mindset & agile approach; Customer centricity attitude to identify client needs and create value; Ability to work with high degree of autonomy once given direction; Striver to self-development.
