Overview Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative Greece (Relocation Support Offered) Location: Greece Relocation support included (accommodation + flight within EU) We are looking for a native or fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience. ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English) Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfactionQualificationsNative or fluent in Italian Good command of English (B1+ or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in customer service is a plus EU passport or eligibility to work in GreeceBenefitsCompetitive salary Paid training and ongoing support Full relocation support including flight within the EU and temporary accommodation Dynamic, international, and supportive work environmentInterested?
