WHAT YOU WILL FIND

Development of modern AI applications. You will collaborate on the development and integration of AI-based solutions, working with advanced APIs, Large Language Models (LLM) and traditional Machine Learning approaches. You will be an active part in the development of Generative AI projects, exploring areas such as Prompt Engineering, RAG and Copilot systems.

Cloud & Backend integration. You will contribute to the development of backend components and interfaces to integrate intelligent features into existing systems. You will work on the management of Cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS or GCP), learning to build scalable and reliable solutions.

Data & AI Pipeline. You will support the implementation of complete data pipelines, from initial processing to final integration into applications, ensuring AI models receive the correct information in real time.

Mentoring and coaching. You will work side by side with experienced professionals: every project represents a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills.

A concrete recognition of your achievements. Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.

Requisiti preferenzialiWHAT WE NEED

Strong academic background. We believe a solid foundation is an excellent starting point for tackling complex technological challenges. We are therefore looking for an outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.

First technical experience. First hands-on experience in software development, ideally with Python, and familiarity with versioning tools such as Git.

Passion for the Cloud. Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and interest in modern architectures, APIs and data processing.

Curiosity for Generative AI. Strong interest in topics such as Prompt Engineering, RAG and intelligent automation.

Drive for excellence. You are not satisfied with something that merely works: you constantly strive to improve it in terms of performance and scalability.
