Ricerchiamo un/una TECHNICAL SALES AREA MANAGER ESTERO – Materie Prime Cosmetiche per una prestigiosa realtà italiana leader nella ricerca e produzione di materie prime innovative per cosmetici, igiene personale e dispositivi medici.Un contesto in cui scienza e natura si fondono per creare un ampio portafoglio di specialità biotech e di origine naturale , riconosciute per efficacia, sicurezza e compatibilità cutanea .L’ambiente di lavoro è dinamico, internazionale e orientato all’innovazione, con una forte cultura della collaborazione e della crescita professionale.Le responsabilità:Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti internazionali (in particolare USA e Asia)Effettuare visite e trasferte presso i clienti esteri (circa una settimana al mese)Fornire formazione tecnico-scientifica e marketing ai partner e ai team R&DCollaborare con il dipartimento marketing per la realizzazione di presentazioni, materiali di supporto ed eventiPartecipare attivamente a fiere internazionali del settoreLavorare in sinergia con i reparti Regolatorio e Ricerca & SviluppoGestire i contatti inbound e supportare lo scouting di nuovi clienti (non è prevista la gestione delle negoziazioni economiche)Il profilo idealeLaurea in ambito tecnico-scientifico (Chimica, Farmacia, CTF, Biologia o affini)Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore cosmetico , preferibilmente nelle materie primeSolida preparazione tecnico-scientifica e capacità di interagire con interlocutori R&D di alto livelloAutonomia nella gestione di progetti tecnico-commercialiOttima conoscenza dell’ inglese ; la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plusDisponibilità a viaggiareSpirito di squadra, ma con forte autonomia e orientamento ai risultatiMentalità proattiva e curiosa , capace di cogliere i trend del mercatoApproccio determinato e organizzato , capace di gestire le prioritàEnergia, entusiasmo e capacità di coinvolgere i clienti con passione e competenzaUn ambiente dinamico e collaborativo, dove innovazione e formazione continua sono parte della cultura aziendale.Un pacchetto retributivo competitivo , commisurato all’esperienza e alla seniority nel ruolo.La selezione è rivolta ad ambo i sessi (L.903/77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
