Overview We are seeking Managers to strengthen our teams in Rome and Milan .

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments, and

Structure the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needs
Provide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems
Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery
Communicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audience

In addition to this, you also build relationships beyond project assignments and are able to spot and help develop opportunities for future business.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy related functions (an MBA is a plus)
Strategy consulting experiences in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation
Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
Deep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

Can demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumen
Are able to quickly develop an understanding of the client’s situation to maximize the impact of Arthur D. Little’s presence
Can fall back on appropriate leadership and convincing skills to motivate your team and drive change in your client’s environment

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization. Only those meeting the above requirements will be contacted. For this position, we offer a “Dirigente” contract and gross annual salary (RAL) between 85,000 and 90,000 €. Your starting salary within this range will be determined by your level of experience, core competencies, and the scope of responsibility you bring to the role. Our benefits package includes:
