As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a Director of Sales to take over the commercial leadership of this strategic vertical. Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with luxury brands and international event agencies, acting as a trusted advisor.Negotiation & Framework Agreements: Lead contract negotiations and establish sustainable, win–win commercial agreements.Manage event budgets, ensuring both profitability and premium quality standards.Contribute to shaping the company’s commercial strategy and aligning it with market opportunities.Brand Representation: Represent the company at international fairs and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.Operational Collaboration (Added Value): Work closely with operations teams to oversee and support the logistics of high-profile events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development within B2 B services, ideally in the luxury sector.Deep understanding of the Italian luxury market and its dynamics.Proven ability to structure, drive, and execute a commercial strategy.Play a strategic leadership role in a high-growth luxury business unit.Collaborate with iconic global brands across fashion, hospitality, and events.Work in a creative, fast-paced, and international environment.You can access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data by contacting
