We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with excellent sales skills to promote and sell our water softeners and filtration systems and to support our customers.Location: Milano, IT. Type: Full time. This is a field-based role with travel across Northern Italy, including Lombardy and surrounding regions. Travel expectation: up to 90% within the assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full business performance of the assigned territory (revenue, mix, margin quality, pipeline health, and customer development) with accountability for sustainable growth.Develop new business through consultative selling: understand customer business models, influence specifications, and build long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide initial technical expertise and support to customers on our range of water softeners and drinking water filtration systems.Activate the local ecosystem (plumbers, installers, wholesale agencies, dealers) through structured trainings, demonstrations, joint field actions, and business development initiatives.Develop and implement long-term plans with assigned customers addressing growth and quality value.Meet with assigned customers regularly and be the direct reference for EcoWater Systems in terms of image, technical sales support, and customer needs.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other management documentation as required.Identify and report new potential business streams such as new customers, products, or services.Your profileTo succeed in this role, you should have energy, perseverance, and determination to achieve goals. Required qualifications include:Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment or HVAC-related industry. Experience in consumer electronics is also appreciated.Strong technical ability with the capacity to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, with a focus on Sell Out.Energetic, self-motivated personality with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and proactivity; ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good command of English; participation in European meetings and video calls is required, and interviews will be in English.Location and commitmentsPermanent full-time role, home-based (North of Italy, preferably Lombardy). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approximately 90% of the time) within the assigned territory across Northern Italy (from Emilia onward).Compensation and developmentCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives (SIP).
