We were meant to fly.As CRO Order ManagerAs CRO Order Manager you will work in the team of Commercial Service - Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) and will report to the Contract Manager (CM). You will support the Program Manager (PM) in the administration of Commercial business interacting with all other Functions to ensure the deliverables of Contract improving Customers Satisfaction and guaranteeing the business continuity. Cooperate with cross functional team to deliver on the assigned programs deliverables within the terms and conditions of the purchase orders.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesCustomers Purchase Orders analysis and management to ensure its compliance to Contracts requirementsComponents induction (MIL) and flow down to all stakeholders of Customers PO through the company Standard Work tools (i.e. GE Workflows BPM etc.)Manage the internal DataLake and Databases with Excel tools keeping record of all process stepsIssue the Cost Estimation for Customers approval; managing the archive and ensure correct flow down of Customers disposition to all stakeholdersIssue Invoice for services performed iaw approved quotation and / or applicable Price Catalogue guaranteeing the invoices compliance to the scope of work in Customers POPerform as interface between the customer and the internal business team managing the
