The role involves organizing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPlans housekeeping operations based on occupancy and service needsSupervises housekeeping team and ensures quality and efficiencyMonitors room readiness and cleanliness standards across all areasCoordinates with Front Office and Maintenance for timely interventionsManages inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning suppliesParticipates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluationsImplements hygiene protocols and ensures compliance with safety standardsLeads department meetings and collaborates with other teamsControls costs and monitors departmental budget and productivityReviews operational reports and guest feedbackWorks toward guest satisfaction targets and cleanliness review scoresRequirementsProven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotelsStrong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standardsFamiliarity with property management systems and housekeeping softwareLeadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceWhat we offerSeasonal contractAccommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses#J-18808-Ljbffr
