Your ResponsibilitiesGeneration, verification and consolidation of data/information for operative and strategic decision-making in Procurement departmentMonitoring of price and market developmentsCreation of reports and monitoring of non-financial targets to be met by the procurement organizationContinuous development of models and approaches to determine target costs for projects, sourcing categories, components and KPIsVerification, safeguarding and improving data quality by adjusting spend data and conducting plausibility checksCapturing and consolidating relevant data and information for procurement risk management, in collaboration with Controlling departmentEnsure items are classified correctly for reporting, compliance, and operational efficiencyWork closely with Commodity Management to update Supplier-Item Relations in timePerform periodic audits of item master data to identify and resolve discrepanciesYour Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Economics, Computer Science or related fieldExperience in using or implementing ERP systemsStrong understanding of business processes (e.g. production, logistics, procurement, administration)Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP) as a Key UserFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. PDCA)Solid understanding of procurement and production planning processesHigh proficiency in data analysis and use of reporting tools (e.g. advanced Excel, Power BI)Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindsetAccuracy, result-oriented mindset, and analytical thinkingLanguage skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageousOur CommitmentInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e‑mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance‑related payAdditional company benefitsWhy AlpitronicTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
