Your Opportunity Location: Lomazzo (CO), with 50% SmartworkingOR Stabio (Ticino), with 20% Smartworking The IT Oracle EPM Senior Business Analyst will be part of the Planning and Consolidation application development team. Responsibilities include analyzing, creating, and implementing system functionalities, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, supporting project phases, and guiding change management processes. The role focuses on financial planning and consolidation processes, ensuring integration with existing IT architectures and compliance with company standards. How will You contribute Providing technical support for planning and consolidation applications and resolving issues Implementing system evolutions and coordinating with suppliers during development and maintenance phases Drafting technical specifications for system evolution and maintenance Defining technical requirements and managing interfaces between systems Supporting users during testing and training phases Managing relationships with internal customers Who you are You are a senior professional with strong project management skills, team collaboration ability, interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity, and innovative solutions orientation. You have: A degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience At least 7 years of experience in similar roles within structured companies or consultancies Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion EPM systems Understanding of financial planning processes Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written Willingness to travel Locations: Italy/Lombardia/Lomazzo Brand: Zegna Contract type: Permanent Job function: Corporate and Staff Functions/Information Technology Sustainability ZEGNA is committed to sustainability, implementing a long-term strategy to address environmental risks and opportunities.
