Join to apply for the Field Service Engineer - Umbria (Perugia area) role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Umbria (located in Perugia area) who will conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The role will diagnose system failures, determine the most cost‑effective solutions, and may develop new customer service/product agreements. You will respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory and demonstrate critical thinking to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Excellent communication and empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical customer support and on‑site assistance to our customers.Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support.Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or a Biotech/Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient English is mandatory.Open to travel; driving license is mandatory.Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian.Able to work autonomously and as a team player.Seniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Medical Equipment ManufacturingJoin our winning team today.
