We’re now expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.What You’ll DoPreparing the statutory financial statements of the Company according to IAS/IFRSManaging infra‑annual closing activities (monthly, quarterly and semi‑annual), streamlining timelines and guaranteeing excellence in reporting deliverablesCoaching a pool of talented and passionate junior colleagues, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting data with the support of our Group ERP (Oracle Netsuite)Supporting the Finance Business Partners and Corporate Finance team in the planning process and providing financial insights (e.g. variance analysis)Driving process optimisation and efficiency‑enhancing functionalities of existing toolsCollaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentationActing as point of contact with the Management and the business teams on financial reporting and accounting topics, including liaising with external accounting advisorsWhat We Are Looking ForOutstanding academic background in Accounting studiesPrevious experience (at least 3 years) in a Big‑4 audit firm or in the accounting department of a fast‑growing companyPositive mind‑set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can‑do" attitudeFluency in Italian and EnglishAnalytical skills, precision and attention to detailsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelWillingness to learn in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentNice‑to‑HaveCertified public accountant (CPA) or statutory auditorPassion for a diverse international environmentResult‑oriented, coaching and time‑management skillsWhy you’ll love it hereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
