Ti occuperai di Support the update and evolution of the Piano Strategico di A2A Life Ventures , collaborating with various business units and strategy teams. Monitor emerging technological, industrial, and competitive trends, producing analysis, reports, and summary documents to support Life Ventures innovation decisions. Assist in the selection and prioritization of Life Ventures initiatives, gathering data and analytical materials to calculate economic, sustainability, technical and process impact. Support the life cycle management of initiatives from identification to implementation, contributing to portfolio monitoring and reporting tools. Collaborate on content and materials to showcase and communicate Life Ventures results, coordinating with the communication department. Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management or related fields. At least 1 year of relevant experience; experience in Energy or Industrial sectors is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong interest in innovation, emerging technologies and impact assessment (economic, sustainability). Interest in energy transition and sustainable technology. Proficiency with Office; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus. Preferable experience in entrepreneurship, open innovation, consulting, business strategy. Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe for events. Dynamic, agile mindset, strong stakeholder interaction, execution orientation and project management skills.
