Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, IgniteTech (Remote) - $100,000/year USDThis remote contract role is offered through Crossover with a base pay of $50/hour ($100,000/year) for a 40‑hour week, paid weekly. The position requires an independent contractor agreement and is immediate and full‑time.IgniteTech spearheads a transformation in quality assurance, embedding GenAI capabilities throughout the QA lifecycle. In this role, you will design and advance AI‑powered test automation architectures, apply predictive analytics, and contribute directly to redefining software quality standards.What You Will Be DoingDesign, deploy, and sustain AI‑driven test automation frameworks capable of generating test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation.Apply GenAI technologies to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement.Model user interactions, stress scenarios, and boundary conditions to identify potential failures before they reach end users.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product release cycles and reduce the incidence of product defects.Basic RequirementsAI‑First Mindset; must prioritize AI‑driven solutions over manual code‑first approaches.Minimum 2 years of professional experience in QA automation.Strong command of Selenium and one of Python, Java, or JavaScript.Demonstrable experience applying AI tools to automate QA processes.Working knowledge of CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.About IgniteTechWorld‑class talent. 100% global remote.Through our portfolio of leading enterprise software solutions, we ignite business performance for thousands of customers worldwide.
