We have the opportunity for youWe are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee all outbound operations night shift within an Amazon Fulfillment Center, ensuring efficient shipping processes and delivery of customer orders.Our Fulfillment Centers lie at the core of Amazon’s rapidly expanding operations network: they are where we handle our highly dynamic inventory. In every Fulfillment Center, our teams receive deliveries, pick products, package them, and ship them out. Each team contributes to our success, and you can be a key player in driving us forward.These Fulfillment Centers are fast‑paced, high‑impact, and highly rewarding environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is critical. We are looking for an inspiring leader to ensure we continue delivering on our customer promise while enabling our teams to excel with a customer‑obsessed mindset.Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processesLead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100+ employees)Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure adherence to safety standards and quality control measuresOptimize resource allocation and labor planningMeet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standardsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and resolve issuesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentEmployee and performance management experienceExperience with lean manufacturing principlesAdvanced English skillsPreferred QualificationsWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/orData‑driven decision making skillsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
