Manpower seleziona per importante azienda del settore metalmeccanico un Industrial Controller per gestire i costi industriali, monitorare le performance produttive e supportare l’analisi delle performance aziendali. La figura contribuirà al miglioramento dell’efficienza operativa, collaborando con vari reparti aziendali. Responsabilità: Analizzare i costi di produzione e supportare nella definizione di budget e previsioni. Monitorare costi e performance produttive, individuando scostamenti e proponendo azioni correttive. Collaborare con la Direzione Finanziaria per la preparazione dei report mensili e annuali. Gestire l’analisi dei costi variabili e fissi, valutando impatti sui processi produttivi. Realizzare e aggiornare i KPI per monitorare l’andamento del business. Collaborare con il team di produzione per ottimizzare i costi e migliorare l’efficienza. Ottima conoscenza di Excel e dei sistemi ERP. Capacità di analisi e problem solving. Esperienzain ruolo simile, preferibilmente in contesti industriali.
