Chiomenti, primario studio legale italiano a vocazione internazionale, ricerca per la sede di Milano, un/a Junior Associate in M& A e Private Equity, con focus in ambito Energy & Infrastructure.La persona selezionata, inserita all'interno del dipartimento di Transactions, si occuperà di:Fornire supporto e assistenza legale con riferimento a operazioni di M& A in ambito Energy e Infrastrutture;Svolgere attività di due diligence con riferimento agli aspetti di diritto civile e societario e coordinamento con i colleghi delle altre practice per quanto riguarda i profili di rilievo;Fornire supporto nella redazione della documentazione preliminare (NDA, Lo I) e nella documentazione contrattuale;Svolgere attività di ricerca in ambito giurisprudenziale. Si richiedono:Laurea in Giurisprudenza, brillantemente conseguita (votazione a partire da 108/110);Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (C1);Motivazione per l'attività professionale;Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;Forte interesse per il diritto societario;Dimostrare il desiderio di raggiungere l'eccellenza.
