La Divisione Design & Furniture di Randstad Professional, per conto di un’importante azienda cliente nel settore del design sta ricercando una figura di Marketing Manager.Profilo :Cerchiamo una persona con una forte capacità relazionale e un eccellente senso estetico che si occupi di :PR e Relazioni Internazionali : Sviluppare e gestire le Pubbliche Relazioni a livello globale, interfacciandosi con giornalisti, riviste di settore e stakeholder di altissimo profiloRappresentanza e Networking : Rappresentare l'azienda negli eventi internazionali (Parigi, Londra, NY) e creare relazioni di alto livello, lavorando in sinergia con il team commerciale.Gestione Team e Budget : Gestire il budget di marketing e guidare un team in espansione, attualmente composto da Graphic Designer Senior e Junior.Immagine e Campagne Globali : Coordinare l'immagine del brand, le campagne di comunicazioneRequisiti :Esperienza : Almeno 5-7 anni in contesti aziendali strutturati e di alta gamma.Soft Skills Cruciali : Empatia, Socievolezza, Capacità di gestire conversazioni importanti e risorseHard Skills : Ottima sensibilità estetica, capacità analitica per monitorare i risultati e rigore nella gestione del piano marketing annuale.Adattabilità : Persona già strutturata ma malleabile e capace di adattarsi a un ambiente dinamico e in rapida crescita.Sede di lavoro :Provincia di Como#J-18808-Ljbffr
