Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the Role The Tax Assistant will be part of the Tax department, providing Italian tax services to a wide range of foreign clients.He/She will be able to give her/his support to other colleagues of the Tax Department as well as cooperate with colleagues of the Accounting and Legal Departments.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting, tax, and corporate services for Italian companies and subsidiaries of multinational groups;Management of yearly tax compliance (CIT return, VAT return, WHT return);Preparing of statutory financial statements, including additional notes and management report;Support the team for monthly reporting packages to clients;Supporting the Client Controller in the finalization of the year-end Management Accounts and performing the year-end accruals;Computation of yearly corporate income/local taxes (IRES, IRAP), property taxes, corporate duties;Supporting the Accounting team for periodic VAT-WHT compliance;Supporting the Client Head Quarter for review of accounting ledgers and performing adjustments in compliance with the Italian Law;Assistance for incorporation of SPVs, registration of branches,
