Encompassing key areas such as Global Finance, Global Procurement, Global ICT, Global Human Resources, Global Legal, Compliance & IP, and Global Communications & Public Affairs, these functions ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational integrity.Complementing these functions, the Transformation Office is responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of the organization. It promotes an integrated, digital, and customer-centric approach, supporting growth, efficiency, and value creation in an increasingly data-driven world. The Transformation Office ensures coherence between vision and execution, acting as a catalyst for change across the entire organization.The Strategy, Sustainability & Growth Department is also part of the Corporate Functions. It includes areas such as Global Strategy, SV&S and Business Development, Competitive Intelligence, and other key capabilities. It is accountable for defining the ‘One Chiesi’ Strategy and allocating resources to create long-term, sustainable, shared value for the Group and its stakeholders.You will be responsible forCommercial Analytics & Performance InsightsAct as the global reference point for commercial analytics, ensuring alignment, consistency, and comparability of KPIs across Business Units, regions, and markets.Translate complex business questions into impactful analytics solutions, corporate performance frameworks, and executive-ready reporting.Evaluate and integrate new data sources, methodologies, and technologies to enhance decision-making and innovation in analytics and insights.Build robust, data-driven business cases to support product launches, line extensions, pipeline assets, and geographic expansion decisions.Customer InsightsDesign, plan, and execute the global Customer Insights agenda, collecting priorities from Global Franchises, Regions, and Affiliates.Lead global Customer Insights and market research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and strategic relevance.Act as a Center of Excellence for Customer Insights, defining best practices, standards, and frameworks to elevate insight generation across global and local teams.Transform complex research outputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and actionable strategic recommendations.Strategic Decision Support & Executive ReportingDevelop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and performance reports for global, regional, and country leadership, supporting executive forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews.Support corporate processes such as top-line target setting, segmentation & targeting analytics, and performance tracking in collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Operations.Ensure customer and market evidence is embedded in strategic plans, portfolio decisions, and investment cases.Identify and implement data automation, enrichment, and advanced analytics opportunities to scale capabilities and reduce manual effort.Stakeholder Management & Organizational ImpactAct as a key contributor within the Global Commercial Excellence network, serving as the go-to expert for commercial analytics and customer insights.Promote data literacy, analytical rigor, and insight-driven decision-making across the organization through training, guidance, and knowledge sharing.Review and guide affiliate-level analytics and customer insight initiatives to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.You will need to have5–7+ years’ experience in commercial analytics, customer insights, or BI within global healthcare organizations.Strong ability to combine quantitative analytics and qualitative market research into strategic insights.Solid understanding of commercial performance management, omnichannel analytics and go-to-market strategies.Advanced proficiency in BI and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel); experience managing external research agencies.Proven strategic partnering with senior leaders, with strong storytelling and executive communication skills.Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in matrixed, cross-functional environments.Customer-centric mindset with strong commercial acumen.Degree in a relevant fieldYou would prefer for you to havePrevious experience in global or international rolesKnowledge of PythonKnowledge of other languagesLocationThe position can be based in the HQ or in any of Chiesi affiliates in Europe.Regular travel to the HQ is required as well as business trips.What we offerNo matter where your path starts at Chiesi, it leads to inspiring possibilities.
