Per importante Azienda Cliente Multinazionale, operante in ambito Defense, SeltisHub ricerca un FACILITY ENGINEERSede Provincia di RomaLA POSITION Supporto al Responsabile di Manutenzione e collaborazione con l’Ufficio Tecnico. Supervisione di cantieri per nuove costruzioni, ampliamenti e ristrutturazioni. Analisi critica di progetti e identificazione di eventuali problematiche tecniche. Gestione della documentazione tecnica e dei flussi informativi di progetto. Coordinamento con progettisti e raccolta documentazione tecnica. Interfaccia con gli acquisti per appalti, gare e affidamento lavori. Monitoraggio avanzamento lavori su fabbricati e impianti. Lettura, utilizzo e gestione di elaborati grafici. Supporto alla redazione della documentazione per gare e lavori.IL PROFILO Laurea in Ingegneria Edile o Meccanica, oppure Diploma di Perito Meccanico/Termotecnico. Esperienza 5–7 anni in ambito costruzioni, preferibilmente su cemento armato e impianti (antincendio, HVAC, elettrici, idraulici). Competenze nella progettazione o verifica di impianti termotecnici. Capacità di gestione progetti (CapEx) e coordinamento di fornitori e progettisti. Ottime capacità di lettura disegni tecnici ed elaborati grafici. Autonomia nella risoluzione di problemi.
