This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, objective, and committed to maintaining a secure digital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standardsFlag, elevate, or remove content involving sensitive or harmful materialMaintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detailWork effectively in 24/7 rotating shifts to meet deadlinesCollaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understandingStay updated on evolving content trends and policy changesRequirements MandatoryFluent Italian (C1C2) + strong English (B2 minimum)Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skillsAvailability to work in flexible rotating shiftsAbility to work on-site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos)PreferredExperience in moderation, contact centers, or customer supportExposure to sensitive or graphic contentStrong communication and teamwork skillsEmotional resilience and ability to stay professional under challenging contentCompensation & Benefits Without experience Base salary:Up to 14 000 gross/year Language bonus:700 gross/yearWith experience in content analysis Base salary: 16,100 gross/year Language bonus: 700 gross/yearMeal Allowance:7.63 per working day (meal card, net)Transport Allowance:700Relocation Support For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal:Full assistance with NIF & NISSSupport in finding accommodation2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first payroll)For candidates relocating within Portugal (100+ km from Lisbon): 1,500 gross relocation bonusWhy Join Us?
