OverviewStockSparK is a stock management platform that helps car dealers seamlessly offer and manage their stock online and launch multi-channel publication. It sits at the heart of how dealers digitize, merchandise, and promote their inventory across channels, enabling them to move cars faster and more profitably.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and grow StockSparK as a strategic product in our portfolio. You will be the end-to-end owner of the product, defining the vision and roadmap, understanding car dealer workflows, and collaborating with engineering, design, GTM, and key customers to deliver a platform that meets the following goals:Makes stock onboarding and management frictionlessPowers accurate, rich inventory across digital channelsEnables multi-channel promotional campaigns that drive measurable resultsResponsibilitiesYou will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure StockSparK solves real dealer problems and contributes to company growth. You will:Own the product end-to-end for StockSparK, including vision, strategy, and deliveryDefine and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with customer value, business impact, and technical investmentsIdentify opportunities to expand StockSparK's value across stock ingestion, data quality, distribution to websites and marketplaces, and campaign creation, targeting, and reportingRequirementsMust have:5-8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or platform productsEvidence of building a side project with AI; share in applicationExperience in automotive or inventory/stock management or channel managersStartup experience and willingness to roll up sleevesDemonstrated success owning a B2B product end-to-end from discovery to delivery and iterationExperience with complex workflows, data-heavy products, or operational toolingStrong problem discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsComfort using data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive decisions and measure impactClear, concise written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiencesNice to have:Experience with campaign management, marketing tech, or multi-channel distributionExperience working with distributed teams across multiple locations/time zonesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and evolve the product vision and strategy for StockSparK aligned with company goalsDevelop and maintain a roadmap balancing customer value, commercial impact, and technical investmentsIdentify opportunities to expand StockSparK's value across stock ingestion/data quality, distribution to channels, and campaign toolingDiscovery & DeliveryBecome an expert in car dealer stock management workflows, pain points, and success metricsConduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to validate problems and solutionsPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to translate feedback into product improvementsWrite clear, outcome-focused problem statements, PRDs, and user storiesPrioritize backlog using data, impact, and effort to maximize valueCollaborate with Engineering and Design to ship iterative releases that meet performance, reliability, and usability standardsDefine release success metrics and use them to guide iterationCross-Functional LeadershipAct as the single-threaded owner for StockSparK, aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and SupportEnable GTM teams with positioning, messaging, demos, and enablement materialsCommunicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to leadership and the wider organizationPlatform & Ecosystem ThinkingCollaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration with adjacent products and data flowsSupport multi-channel campaigns, including creating/managing campaigns, selecting/segmenting stock, and reporting on performance across channelsBenefitsCompetitive salaryIndividual training pathsOpportunity to develop and move within the companyRemote & hybrid options within EuropeMotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.
