The position focuses primarily on supporting newborn screening customers and is located in Italy.Role descriptionConduct implementations of Revvity products and applications related to mass spectrometry, primarily for newborn screening.Provide post‑sales application support in response to customer enquiries, including troubleshooting, data analysis, technical guidance, education, training, and on‑site visits.Develop new applications for Revvity LC‑MS/MS offerings to the neonatal market.Provide pre‑sales support such as demonstrations, presentations, LC‑MS/MS method development, technical guidance and related activities, both internally and externally.Prepare and present technical/scientific seminars to existing and potential customers.Provide information and consultancy about our solutions to internal and external customers.Participate in NPI projects, collaborate with other internal functions, and collaborate with external stakeholders (customers, distributors).Role requirementsPh.D. or Master’s in Chemistry or Biochemistry.Experience in a similar role.5+ years of hands‑on experience with triple quadrupole systems.Strong understanding of small‑molecule LC‑MS/MS workflows and associated informatics, experience with clinical applications of mass spectrometry.Experience in customer relationships.Customer‑focused problem‑solver mindset, strong project and time‑management skills.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English; Italian language mandatory; other European language skills are an advantage.Willingness to travel up to 50–60 % of the time.What we offerFascinating field of expertise with well established customers.Work in a hi‑tech, innovative, team‑oriented, energetic and scientific environment.Extensive development opportunities.Positive and inspiring workplace with great co‑workers.Truly international working environment.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionApplication Science#J-18808-Ljbffr
