Per lo sviluppo della nostra Business Unit Oil&Gas Industrial Inspections, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a Senior Inspection and Expediting Coordinator. Attività Riceve e analizza le richieste dei clienti in base ai frame agreements e/o i contratti in essere per le attività di ispezione ed expediting. Identifica collaboratori esterni e/o interni idonee per l'attività richiesta dai clienti. Comunica efficacemente con i collaboratori, verifica la disponibilità, fornisce chiarimenti in merito a condizioni tecniche richieste dai clienti in essere. Assegna gli incarichi alle risorse selezionate. Si occupa di verificare le performance delle attività svolte dai collaboratori selezionati. Controlla, verifica e inoltra i report ai clienti e supporta gli stessi in caso di richieste di chiarimento. Verifica e gestisce i timesheet delle risorse esterne, condividendoli con i clienti.
