Our diverse team comprises experienced consultants, including operations executives, technical and project managers, coaches, and digital natives, all passionate about solving complex operational challenges across industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Utilities, and Food & Beverage. We utilize industry best practices and proven methodologies to optimize outcomes. What you will do: As an Italian-speaking Operational Risk specialist with experience in manufacturing or heavy industry, you will support assessments, audits, and deliver coaching and training to foster safety culture and behavioral change. Please note, this role is not suitable for candidates with financial services operational risk experience. We seek expertise in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining. Job Requirements: Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business At least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management & Workplace safety training Expertise in operational risk, operations excellence, or sustainability within relevant sectors Experience managing change and embedding safety culture Fluent in Italian Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset Interest in freelance work on short and long-term projects without guarantees Seniority levelMid-Senior level Employment typeContract Job functionFinance and Sales IndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services Referrals can double your chances of interview at dss+.#J-18808-Ljbffr
