Job Overview We are currently seeking motivated professionals for the Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Vattenfal position in Greece. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent one of Europe's largest energy providers, offering a dynamic career path for those searching for elite Italian-speaking jobs within the prestigious energy sector.
Key Responsibilities Provide world-class support to Italian-speaking customers regarding their energy accounts and utility billing.
Manage inquiries related to energy consumption, tariff plans, and sustainable power solutions provided by Vattenfall.
Act as a primary point of contact to ensure seamless service delivery within the competitive energy industry.
Efficiently navigate customer databases to resolve technical and administrative issues with accuracy and empathy.
Identify opportunities to provide value-added energy services and assist customers in optimizing their energy usage.
Collaborate with international teams to maintain the high service standards expected in the energy utility market.
Document all customer interactions clearly to maintain compliance with energy sector regulations and data privacy laws.
Requirements Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
A strong desire to relocate and build a career through high-quality jobs in Greece.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on problem-solving in the energy sector.
Basic computer literacy and a customer-centric mindset.
Prior experience in customer support or the energy industry is considered a significant advantage.
