You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.Team Management and LeadershipSupport daily team management and step into the Boutique Manager’s role in their absenceStaff training to enhance skills and ensure their professional developmentMaintain efficient functioning by planning schedules and providing solutions during unexpected situationsSales PerformanceShowcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee optimal customer experienceEnsure that customers receive excellent service following established sales processesConduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutiqueUtilize tools provided to retain customersOperational ManagementOrganize store layout while adhering to set schedulesManage cash operations, including opening / closing registers, handling cash / cash drawer collectionMonitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager (restocking and deliveries)Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.Candidate Profile SoughtDynamic, cheerful dispositionA previous sales experience in the luxury retail is preferredStrong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observationCurious and interested in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 MaisonEnjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clientsFluent in English required, additional languages are a plusInclusion of diversity is a strength within our dispensaries; we are convinced that diversity equates to performance.
