Are you the coach who turns potential into sales results?AsCommunity Manager , you’ll be the driving force between a leading beauty & wellness company and its network of entrepreneurial brand partners—helping themsell more, grow faster, and build high-performing teams.Through targeted coaching, smart social selling, and high-impact events, you’ll boost bothengagement and revenueacross your portfolio.Role OverviewIn this role, you’llown the sales performanceof a portfolio of brand partners and support them in scaling their business. Most interactions happen via phone or Zoom, with the flexibility to meet in person when it adds value.Working within a social-selling model, you will:Strengthen product and business know-how so partners canconfidently close salesTrain and coach onsales techniques, upselling, and customer retentionGuide partners inteam building and recruitmentto grow their sales networksYou’ll work with personal dashboards and market data to:Setclear, ambitious sales targetsMonitor performance and pipelineIntervene quickly when numbers drop, anddouble down on what worksYour empathy, creativity, humor, and persuasive energy will help partnersincrease their turnover, expand their customer base, and step up as leaders.You’ll collaborate closely withSales and Marketingto plan and host engaging, sales-generating events in Italy—live shows, conferences, product launches, campaigns, and incentive trips. Being on stage or in front of a cameramotivates you, not scares you.As the brand invests in a younger audience, you willchallenge and guide partnersto use social platforms more strategically—turning content intovisibility, leads, and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and develop brand partnersto grow their sales, their teams, and their incomeAnalyze sales performance(KPIs, trends, activity) and run goal-setting, follow-up, and evaluation sessionsReport results and insightsregularly, highlighting risks and opportunities for growthPlan, organize, and present at events(on stage, not just in the audience) with a focus on boosting sales and engagementDeliver trainingson:Social media forlead generation and conversionSales techniques, closing, upselling, and customer careTeam leadership and recruitmentCoordinate campaigns and communicationwith Sales & Marketing to support launches, promotions, and incentivesShare and promote success storiesacross markets to inspire replication and scale best practicesRequirements1+ year of relevant experience infield sales, community management, social selling, or similar commercial rolesStrong grasp of social media; ideally active on TikTok/Instagram with ~1,000+ followers (yourpersonal brand and styleare visible on your channel)Bachelor-level thinking and working abilityThrives in atarget-driven, fast-moving environmentwhere no two days are the sameFull-time availability (40 hours), with some schedule flexibility to match partner activity and eventsFluent Italian and English (spoken and written)Excellent written and verbal communication; able tomotivate, convince, and influenceHigh adaptability to different personalities and situationsComfortable working both independently and collaboratively with Sales & MarketingAnalytical and commercial mindset : you read numbers, understand what they mean, and translate them into concrete sales actionsAbout the Company (Confidential)A leading, community-driven beauty & wellness player operating via social selling, with a broad portfolio of high-quality products used by millions worldwide.
