Techint Engineering & Construction, a leading international contractor, to support its growth plans is seeking for its Milan office a Business Development Manager – Engineering and PMC Services.This position will report to the BD Senior Manager.Main duties and responsibilities will be:Understand market trends based on projected clients' needs and market driversSet and execute business development plans based on the company strategyIdentify and develop quality opportunities with both existing and prospect customersManage relations with accounts, new clients and potential partnersIdentify innovative approaches to increase market share and geographical footprintSupport the company strategic definitions and annual business planning processes.Perform proposals management activities and cooperate in preparing proposals as required The essential requirements for this position are:Degree in technical disciplineAt least 15 years' experience in an international EPC, technical consulting or Energy companiesTrack record of demonstrable commercial successesCapability to analyze potential markets/clients and develop successful business development plansIn-depth knowledge of markets and customers in the Oil & Gas, Power, Energy Transition and Industrial sectorsFluent Italian and English.
