Ali Professional, per lo Showroom di una importante azienda multinazionale leader nel settore dell'arredamento e del design, ricerca:FRONT DESK & GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALISTLa risorsa, in affiancamento alle figure di Showroom Manager e di Guest Experience Manager, sarà responsabile dell'accoglienza e della gestione dell'esperienza cliente all'interno dello showroom.Le attività in capo alla figura sono le seguenti:- Accoglienza e congedo clienti con approccio professionale e caloroso seguendo la cerimonia di accoglienza;- Registrazione ospiti;- Gestione del front desk e delle prime informazioni ai visitatori;- Collaborazione nell'organizzazione e gestione di eventi speciali o presentazioni all'interno dello showroom;- Assistenza alle attività quotidiane del team Guest Experience;- Pianificazione del planning giornaliero e registro clienti;- Gestione e organizzazione del guardaroba;- Responsabile nel garantire ordine e rispecchiare gli standard aziendali- Supporto nella conduzione di tour dello showroom, raccontando i prodotti e il concept espositivo;- Attività di storytelling legate ai brand, alle collezioni e alla storia dell'azienda.Requisiti richiesti:- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (altre lingue sono un plus);- Interesse per il mondo del design, dell'arredo e dell'ospitalità;- Attitudine positiva, attenzione ai dettagli e problem solving;- Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire più attività contemporaneamente.Sede di lavoro: Milano - zona Montenapoleone.Orario di lavoro: dal martedì al sabato dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 19:00.Si offre inserimento diretto in una realtà di eccellenza nell'ambito del design Made in Italy, che offre una esperienza formativa di alto livello tramite l'affiancamento costante del team flagship.
