Installation and Assistance Technician (East Sicily) (Field)Job Description SummaryAs an Installation and Assistance Technician, you will be responsible for installing and testing BD Rowa systems at customers' premises, including mechanical calibration, robot setup, configuration of measures, and verification of correct communication between the Rowa system and the management software of the pharmacy.The ideal candidate will be based in East Sicily (Catania, Siracusa, Ragusa) and willing to travel 70 % of the time throughout Italy to support colleagues for installation, maintenance, services, and commissioning.Our Vision for Technical Services at BDThe BD Technical Services organization delivers innovative, high‑quality support and services to our customers through empowered and highly skilled teams.
