MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING MANAGER – GAGLIANICO (Biella) CCH CIRCULARPET WE PLAY TO GROW AND WIN, do you ? If you are interested in the field of Manufacturing and you would like to work in a young and dynamic company, this is your opportunity You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and updating the maintenance plan. You will support the Plant Manager in planning and tracking all maintenance activities and Key Business Indicators (KBIs), while also contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Production team. In addition, you will manage Plant Engineering and continuous improvement activities. WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER 1. Plant Maintenance Management
- Creation, updating, and monitoring of the maintenance plan and related procedures.
- Spare parts coding in SAP;
- Creation and follow-up of Work Orders;
- Management of Technical Suppliers (Services and Spare Parts);
- Technical warehouse management: spare parts, consumables and clothing orders, inventory and provisioning;
- Repair and Maintenance, Consumables budget management;
- Management of a team of Maintenance Technician (6 people);
- Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Planning, managing, and overseeing CAPEX for plant improvements and upgrades;
- Leading and managing engineering projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion;
- Leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality;
- Working across Plant Organization to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency;
- Management of 1 engineering / CI specialist.
- Monitoring and follow-up of maintenance KPIs and Plant KBIs;
- Analysis of technical performance data to support decision-making;
- Defining and sharing technical best practices.
- Master Degree in Engineering;
- At least 3 years’ experience both in maintenance and in people management;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel), knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
- Strong determination, proactivity, curiosity, motivation, teamwork skills, and a results-oriented approach, with a strong interest in the production sector;
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage change.
