React React Native Engineer

Your Mission at Epassi: As a React / React Native Developer at Eudaimon part of the Epassi Group you will be part of our Engineering team contributing to the continuous evolution of our corporate welfare products. You will collaborate closely with your teammates to analyze requirements design develop and deploy new features across both mobile applications and desktop versions of Epassis solutions. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of users helping companies enhance employee well-being through innovative digital tools. What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to gather and analyze business requirements . Design develop and maintain high-quality Web and mobile applications using React and React Native . Lead the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis and architecture design to implementation testing and deployment. Manage the build and distribution process for React Native apps on Android and iOS using Expo EAS . Ensure code quality and security through reviews testing and adherence to best practices. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning and continuous improvement. Monitor and optimize application performance ensuring smooth user experiences across platforms. What we are looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in React and React Native analysis design and development. Proven experience with React Native app development and distribution on Android and iOS mainly using Expo EAS (or native tools as an alternative). Hands‑on experience with React websites deployed via AWS services. Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6) , TypeScript , HTML5 and CSS3 . Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms . You’ll be successful in this role if you: Take ownership of delivering high‑quality reliable and maintainable features on time. Contribute effectively to requirement analysis, solution design and implementation phases. Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly across all project stages.
