Inaugurato nel 1863, il "Milan" conserva tutto il fascino di un'antica casa milanese e ancora oggi è l'hotel prediletto dalle celebrità della cultura, dello spettacolo, della moda, della musica e del business nazionale e internazionale.Intraprendere un percorso con noi significa lavorare in armonia con rispetto, passione e per la crescita personale applicando i più alti standard di qualità e di lusso.Far parte della nostra famiglia significa crescere in un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante, dove ogni persona può fare la differenza e portare la propria identità e professionalità.Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Bar Manager.La risorsa farà parte del Gerry's Bar e, in sinergia con F&B Director e altre persone della squadra, si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:- Gestione operativa del bar: assicurare un servizio impeccabile, supervisionando tutte le attività quotidiane del reparto (bar, lounge, terrazza, ecc.).- Coordinamento del team: guidare, formare e motivare il personale di sala e bar; organizzare turni e pianificare le risorse.- Standard di servizio: garantire il rispetto degli standard e monitorare costantemente la qualità dell'esperienza ospite.- Creazione cocktail list: ideare, aggiornare e supervisionare la drink list, assicurando creatività, coerenza con lo stile dell'hotel e attenzione alle tendenze mixology.- Gestione fornitori e acquisti: selezionare fornitori, controllare ordini, monitorare giacenze e garantire la corretta gestione del magazzino.- Accoglienza ospiti: offrire un servizio altamente personalizzato, gestire richieste speciali e risolvere eventuali criticità con un approccio elegante e orientato al cliente.- Sicurezza e igiene: garantire il rispetto delle normative HACCP e degli standard aziendali.- Altre attività previste dal ruolo.Requisiti- Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di Bar Manager o Head Bartender in strutture di lusso (hotel 5 stelle, ristoranti fine dining, cocktail bar di alto livello).- Conoscenza approfondita della mixology, tecniche di preparazione, spirits premium e trend del settore.- Ottime capacità di leadership e gestione del team.- Orientamento al cliente con forte attenzione ai dettagli e al servizio personalizzato.- Competenze organizzative e amministrative.- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; altre lingue costituiranno un plus.- Professionalità e capacità di comunicazione.- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festivi.- Conoscenza delle normative HACCP e sicurezza sul lavoro.Luogo di Lavoro: Milano centro - MM MontenapoleoneL'azienda non ha la possibilità di fornire l'alloggio.Si offreUn contratto di lavoro full time, su turni 5 giorni a settimana.L'attuale programmazione prevede turno unico (NO spezzato).Inquadramento e livello contrattuale verranno valutati a seconda delle esperienze pregresse della risorsa, in riferimento al CCNL Turismo.Benefit- Buoni pasto- Supporto allo sviluppo professionale- WelfareVuoi iniziare questa meravigliosa esperienza?
