About the roleWe are pleased to announce an open position for a Senior Production Improvement Engineer at the Dow Mozzanica production plant.The role provides essential technical support to Operations by applying engineering expertise to resolve plant issues, optimize performance, and ensure safe, efficient production of high‑quality products.ResponsibilitiesWork in Operations, applying technical and problem‑solving skills to support daily activities.Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to conduct advanced troubleshooting and implement optimized technical solutions.Maintain a strong field presence to promote safe, reliable, and compliant operations.Serve as a technical reference during unplanned events and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.Foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science.Your SkillsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a chemical plant environment.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.You speak fluent Italian and English.Additional notesRelocation support is not provided.Benefits – What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
