About the Role Ref: 581ASISWTitle: Deputy Chief Executive Officer Location: Italy Salary: Attractive Date: 18th December 2025 Our client, a leading company in the design, production and installation of recycled wood cleaning systems, plants for the production of PB, MDF and OSB panels. Is looking to support this growth and to strengthen its executive leadership, and t is seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to play a central role in the strategic and operational management of the business, with a clear succession pathway in place.ResponsibilitiesLeading Instalmec’s business activities in drying technology (“Trocknungstechnik”) and gluing (“Beleimung”), with full accountability for performance and growthDefining and executing a robust strategic business plan to expand market share, revenue, and profitabilityProviding oversight of operations, R&D, production, and business development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesTaking full responsibility for P&L management, financial performance, budgeting, and cost controlEnsuring the long-term profitability, sustainability, and financial health of the businessBuilding, maintaining, and strengthening long‑term relationships with key customers, particularly in core and strategic marketsActing as a senior representative of the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholdersWorking closely with the Board and shareholders on leadership development and succession planningQualificationsProven executive‑level experience in industrial manufacturingFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong P&L management experience and ability to manage a mid‑sized companyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting at all levels of business effectivelyHow to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your C.V. to or call Altus Search on +41 (0) for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
