Deputy Head ensures the execution of “The Chanel Difference” on the boutique floor, reinforcing luxury retail leadership.This role will lead the team to engage today's consumers, ensuring unsurpassed service and maintaining high image standards while supporting employee development and growth.**What impact you can create at Chanel:**You will uphold the image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards. By managing and inspiring the boutique team, you will build a client-centric environment, manage merchandise & inventory effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Forming close partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, HR, and Fashion, you will drive and achieve business objectives.**You are energised by:**Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you inspire team members and engage with clients to deliver a luxury service experience.
