- Support the management and continuous development of the AGV / AMR product portfolio throughout the complete product lifecycle.
- Gather, analyze and prioritize customer, market and internal requirements and translate them into product improvements and development initiatives.
- Conduct market, technology and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
- Support the definition and maintenance of product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and R&D, Operations and global Product Management teams to ensure alignment between market requirements and product capabilities.
- Support the preparation of business cases, pricing strategies and product positioning activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions to better understand customer requirements and future market needs.
- Support the creation of marketing, sales and training materials related to AGV products and solutions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve competitiveness, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the standardization of AGV solutions and the development of scalable product offerings.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline.
- First professional experience (2-5 years) in Product Management, Application Engineering, Automation, Intralogistics, AGV/AMR Systems or related technical environments.
- Strong technical understanding of automated production, intralogistics, AGV/AMR systems or industrial automation solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international project environments.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent Italian and English skills; additional languages such as German are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
