Per multinazionale ampiamente strutturata con oltre 30.000 dipendenti nel mondo selezioniamo un maintenance manager da inserire in modo permanente nello stabilimento di Marghera. La figura si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività: Gestione di un budget di manutenzione Valutazione di nuovi investimenti in termini di miglioramento continuo degli impianti e della relativa produttività Diffusione della cultura lean ed implementazione di attività lean all'interno dell'area manutentiva Supervisione e gestione dei fornitori Coordinamento del magazizno ricambistica Assegnazione e distribuzione delle attività ai coordinatori di manutenzione Recovery plan di manutenzione Supervisione dello svolgimento delle attività secondo le regole e le procedure di sicurezza previste in azienda Organizzazione della manutenzione programmata, preventiva e a guasto degli impianti industriali Settore: Industria metalmeccanica Ruolo: Facility management/Manutenzione/Pulizie Anni di esperienza: 2-3 anni Percentuale di occupazione: Full-time Gestisce altre persone: Sì Tipo di occupazione: Lavoro a tempo indeterminato Inquadramento: Impiegato Livello di istruzione: Laurea Magistrale/Specialistica Mezzo di trasporto: Auto SI richiedono: laurea in discipline tecnico/ingegneristiche esperienza pluriennale in analoga mansione. buona conoscenza della lingua inglese predisposizione al lavoro in team forti doti di leadership
