Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and innovate will be instrumental in elevating our travel and expense operations beyond expectations.Are you ready to join us?Your ResponsibilitiesT&E Support:Primary contact and subject matter expert for ABB E-mobility corporate card programAdminister corporate credit cards, addressing issues such as delinquency and fraud detection, with effective communication and coordination with employees and vendors when necessary Apply T&E GuidelinesSupport colleagues with travel booking, expense claim and/or corporate card application process and modifying of corporate card limits based on the needs of travelers.Support the business in closing cards when employees leave and or suspend cards in case of misuse and fraudulent activities.Collaborate with Finance in their reconciliation efforts and data exchange between systemsOffer and lead training sessions and create training material on expense management and proper corporate card usageCollaborate with T&E team and third party providers for corporate card implementation, and ongoing operations.Support cross functional projects and process related to upstream and downstream of Travel and expense management (examples New ERP implementation, Entity creation/movement, Payments, posting failures, harmonization (one system and one policy), interfaces, Tax and reporting)Travel and Expense analystTrack changes in the local legal environment with the AMS team and ensure that Concur is set up compliantAct as escalation point for the business, country, vendors, Operations and Concur level 2 for complex escalationsTrack T&E program compliance and raise non-compliance with focus on non-travel related spends discovered during audit or analyticsProvide reporting that is required for certain escalations to support HRBP and line manager in conversations with the affected employeeSLA governanceEstablishing a monitoring mechanism/governance on topics around the corporate card as well as T&E related processesOther responsibilitiesSupport wider People Enablement function with administrative tasks (i.e. Parking and speeding fines for the fleet category)Act according to ABB E-mobility code of ethics, OHS guidelines and other compliance/internal control requirements.Communication management and supporting global lead on ensuring T&E country pages are up to date.ChallengesAbility to operate in a decentralized structure, but with cross functional elements, aligning country requirements with business needs.Ability to exist in between country and business and T&E operational environment.Continuing to support in building a lean T&E department with many moving parts involved.Your BackgroundHigher education (preferably in Accounting/Finance or related field) and experience of at least 5+ years in similar areaKnowledge of Concur and Microsoft office applications are requiredFluent in EnglishExperience on either Accounts payable, payroll, Travel agency operations and/or contract management are amongst required skillsA collaborative, solution-focused approach and advanced communication skills in multicultural environmentProject management skills and experience in internal control framework would be an advantagePrevious experience in R2R (record-to-report) would be an advantageWhat’s in it for you?Employment contract (UoP)Eligibility in the ABB E-mobility Equity (Stock Option) Plan26 paid days off, regardless of years of experiencePrivate healthcare (Luxmed)MyBenefit platform - 100 PLN/month to spend on available shops, restaurants, gyms, etc.Life insurance (UNIQUA)Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyPartial refund of public transportation (MPK Kraków)About ABB E-mobilityABB E-mobility is a world leader in EV charging technology and a partner of choice for the world’s biggest electric vehicle OEMs and nationwide EV charging network operators.
