Non S-4 Supply Planner Manpower is recruiting aNon S-4 Supply Plannerfor a leading multinational company based in Lainate.What You’ll Do As a Non-S4 Supply Planner, you’ll manage the end-to-end supply process for both internal and external suppliers. You’ll ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.You will also align closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage timelines, product phase-outs, and stock obsolescence while supporting overall business performance.Role and ResponsibilitiesManagement of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs.Support local P&D teams on issues related to service levels, stock coverage, and critical code communications.Define, test, and updateMRP parametersfor materials to ensure planning accuracy.SupportCustomer Service, Finance, and Salesteams regarding service level and stock coverage.Prepare and share aweekly supply reporthighlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.Functional SkillsPrevious experience asProduction Planner / Supply Planner / Demand PlannerStrong knowledge ofExcelandSAPProfessional proficiency inEnglishExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyDegree inSupply Chain Managementor related fieldExperience working in FMCG environmentProactive, solution-oriented mindsetStrongproblem-solvingand analytical skillAbility to manage multiple priorities withspeed and accuracyCollaborative attitude and effective communication across departmentsDetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Supply ChainIndustry: Food and Beverage ManufacturingLocation: Lainate, Lombardy, ItalyRecruiter: ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
