The individual will be based in Barilla’s headquarter in Parma , Italy , and will report to the Manufacturing Excellence Director. Job Purpose Contribute to lead Manufacturing Excellence at Group level by defining and improving: systems, processes, training methodology & program, lean skill matrix for plant organization, digital tools, industrial performance monitoring. Contribute to define key indicators / targets / standards at manufacturing level, comparing the Group’s internal and external benchmarking activities, identifying critical areas and opportunities, and proposing global improvement programs. Key accountabilities To define, implement and follow a multi-year program of Manufacturing Excellence System, through all Barilla factories, involving people, processes and digital tools (EMS pilots & ERP exploiting for Manufacturing). To ensure, based on internal requirements and external best practices, the definition and implementation at global level of common processes&pratices by defining roles, responsibilities, tool by monitoring their correct application.
