Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO.Promptly prepare service reports with suitable advices to be sent to the customer.Apply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities.Act in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents.RequirementsTechnical diploma or similar.Min. 1-3 years of industrial or service experience.Experience in TIG welding.
